空壓機(Jī)的停(Tíng)用在各個(Gè)單位(Wèi)都常有發(Fā)生。那麼在(Zài)初次開機(Jī)前空壓機(Jī)停放時間(Jiān)超過三個(Gè)月或空壓(Yā)機(Jī)停用時(Shí)間超(Chāo)過三個月，再次(Cì)開機前需(Xū)要采取有效措施，bi須(Xū)先請專業(Yè)空壓(Yā)機(Jī)人(Rén)員對機器(Qì)進行保養檢(Jiǎn)測，制定安全措施(Shī)，避免開(Kāi)機後發生不(Bú)良狀況。

1、先(Xiān)檢查電路(Lù)狀态，是否(Fǒu)正常供電，電壓是否穩定；測量電(Diàn)動機絕(Jué)緣電阻，數值大(Dà)于1MΩ。

1. Check the state of the circuit first, whether the power supply is normal, whether the voltage is stable; Measure the insulation resistance of the motor, the value is greater than 1M.



2、檢查空壓機(Jī)配件上是否(Fǒu)含有積水，灰塵，及時清理。

3、對(Duì)進氣(Qì)口，出(Chū)氣口全面(Miàn)檢(Jiǎn)測，防止發生堵塞現象

4、在(Zài)上述都已經完成(Chéng)的情(Qíng)況可以接(Jiē)通電(Diàn)源，查看電腦(Nǎo)控(Kòng)制器是否(Fǒu)正常運行

5、更換三濾和潤滑油。因為在(Zài)長期不用的(De)情況下，三(Sān)濾，油可能發生(Shēng)老化現象，從而(ér)造成空壓(Yā)機開(Kāi)機運(Yùn)行時間不(Bú)長即結膠積碳(Tàn)或堵塞，油路不(Bú)暢使空壓機(Jī)主機或其他零部件損壞。

5. Replace three filters and lubricants. Because in the case of long-term non-use, three filters may cause oil aging phenomenon, which causes the air compressor start-up time is not long, that is, cementing carbon deposit or blockage, oil circuit is not smooth, so that air compressor main engine or other parts are damaged.



6、專業人員試機，電路改造(Zào)後人工(Gōng)控制(Zhì)加載卸載，先空(Kōng)載運行10分(Fèn)鐘以(Yǐ)上，檢測(Cè)各項指(Zhǐ)标和震動(Dòng)、噪音等正(Zhèng)常，再進行(Háng)加載，查看(Kàn)各(Gè)部件運(Yùn)行正常即(Jí)可。

6. Professional personnel test machine, after circuit modification, manual control loading and unloading, first no-load operation for more than 10 minutes, detection of various indicators and vibration, noise and other normal, then load, check the normal operation of the components.
